Day 30 to 36 Canoeing on the Danube
I went on a really fun trip on the Danube together with 70 other couchsurfers, it was really awesome… met so many cool people, learnt how to steer the canoes, had water fights, learnt to dance tribal dances, jumped from swing-tires, searched for Gypsy festivals, danced, swam, paddled, tented and so forth…
Dancing the tribal dance
Ahava playing Proclaimers song 500 miles for us
Laying in Sandra’s lap looking at the stars
If it’s cold, keep warm! (Three guys in one poncho…)
Alternative 2: try to fit two people into one Jacket…
A dragon boat… we usually had much smaller ones though… but it was cool with the drums on this one!
Stopping in a city to do some sightseeing…
When you paddle a lot your muscles become sore… and then you need a massage train 🙂
One of the camps… observe the watchtower 😀
Getting ready for water fights!
The aim was to fill the other canoe with water…
And then they flip over 😀
Kitchen team… pay special attention to Lena’s goggles when cutting onion 🙂
We found a big haystack on a farmers field and decided to for some exploring 😀
Weston demonstrating how high up we where… it was a clear night with full moon btw.
Me laying on the top of the Haystack.
We found a statue of a canoe… of course we had to paddle! 😛
Last day at train station…
